Your contract also includes 30 vacation days annually, as well as additional days off for special events. To me, good leadership isn’t about someone pointing out your weaknesses. It’s more about having someone who recognizes your strengths, nurtures them, and puts them to good use. That’s exactly what I’ve found at DATAMAP.

Aside from the size of the company and DATAMAP’s flat hierarchies, I was also attracted to the variety of the work involved – both as a  statistician and programmer – and the flexible working hours. How do I submit my application?
Check job offers or speculative application and push the "Apply" button. You will be forwarded to our secure transfer platform.

Which documents do I need to submit?
Your CV/resume and a copy of your certificates and qualifications in PDF format. A cover letter is not required. Please submit your application in German or English.

When will I receive a response?
You’ll receive a prompt confirmation of receipt from our HR team, including expected response timelines. Our HR team will process your documents and coordinate your application with your future managers. Your application will be reviewed internally. This usually takes no longer than 4 weeks.

We like your application and we’d love to get to know you better.
We will invite you to an initial video call or a face-to-face meeting in our offices. We like to keep things simple and personal – no presentations or assessment centers. The interview team consists of our management team, HR, and some of the people you’d be working with.

We’ve chosen you. What happens next?
If everything fits and everyone is happy, we’ll get everything ready for you to get started at DATAMAP. We will make you an attractive offer with the complete contract (in German) for review.

Welcome to DATAMAP. It’s time to get started! During your first two weeks, you will be led through a comprehensive orientation program.
